Welcome to the 2010 programme of Summer School and other holiday courses for children at Uppingham.
We are delighted this year to offer an expanded range of courses in the summer and also to introduce some new courses for the Easter holidays and spring and autumn half-terms. With music, sports, drama and arts & crafts courses on offer, we really can provide holiday fun for everyone.
For children, as well as perennial favourites such as Young Musicians' Week and From Page to Stage, there are new courses for both sporty and creative types. The Start Art workshops offer a week of arts and crafts fun for 6-11 year olds both in the Easter and summer holidays, whilst older children can try their hand at Glass Painting and Textile Printing. New sports courses include an exciting pre-season training opportunity for Rugby players, led by the England Rugby Under 21 coach Paul Westgate. Also new are Tennis courses during the Easter holidays as well as summer.
